How do I place an order?
Select your size where applicable, add the piece to your bag and complete checkout. AMADE Archive items are one-of-one and are reserved only during the active payment window.
Can I order through WhatsApp?
Yes. WhatsApp support is available for styling, fit guidance and assisted ordering. Website checkout remains the safest way to confirm live stock.
Can an Archive item be restocked?
No. AMADE Archive pieces are one-of-one unless a separate, similar item is listed later.

How should I measure myself?
Measure the fullest part of the bust, the natural waist and the fullest part of the hip. Keep the tape level and comfortably close without pulling tight.
What does “measured fit” mean for Archive?
It is AMADE’s practical assessment based on the garment’s exact measurements, fabric and cut. It may differ from the original label.

Where do you deliver?
We deliver across Nigeria. International delivery can be arranged manually where available; contact support before checkout.
How much is delivery?
Standard configuration is ₦5,000 within Lagos, ₦6,500 across other South-West states and ₦8,000 elsewhere in Nigeria. Orders from ₦150,000 qualify for free delivery. Store administrators should confirm these rates before launch.
When will my order be dispatched?
Available ready-to-wear and Archive items are typically prepared after payment verification. Any made-to-order or altered item will carry a separate dispatch estimate.

Can I return Ready-to-Wear?
Eligible unworn Ready-to-Wear may be returned within the period stated in the returns policy, provided tags remain attached and the item is free from wear, scent, makeup or damage.
Can I return an Archive item?
Archive purchases have narrower eligibility because each item is one-of-one and its condition is disclosed before purchase. A return may be considered where the item materially differs from the listing or as required by applicable consumer law.

What is checked during AMADE verification?
Fabric, seams, lining, closures, zips, buttons, stains, odour, embellishment, alteration and visible damage. Exact measurements and preparation status are also recorded.
Do you sell items below “Good” condition?
No. Pieces below the AMADE threshold should not be listed for sale.

How should I care for Ankara?
Wash cold, separate strong colours, dry in shade and iron on the reverse. Always follow the product-specific note.
How should lace and embellished pieces be stored?
Use a breathable garment cover and padded hanger. Avoid overcrowding, snagging and heavy pressure on beading.
Are Archive items cleaned before sale?
The product page states the preparation status. Treatment is chosen according to the garment’s fabric and construction.
